Тези доповіді

The development of effective short-term early rehabilitation programs is an important component of secondary prevention of cardiovascular events. Despite convincing evidence of the effectiveness of cardiac rehabilitation (CR), according to Abreu et al. and Smith et al. (2023), only 41% of patients in European countries are referred to CR programs, while only about 30% actually participate. This necessitates the implementation of intensive, structured, and at the same time accessible short-term programs combining aerobic and resistance training aimed at improving exercise tolerance and increasing patient adherence to rehabilitation.

The aim of the study. To assess the effectiveness of a 3-week early rehabilitation program in improving physical endurance and adherence to exercise in patients after non-Q myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).
